"You have to check in before 11 pm which I didn't know. When I arrived I had to call an emergency # and wait 15 min. before someone came and opened the door. It should mention it on the reservation. The room did not get cleaned the day after my first night. It didn't really bother me but I know it would some. The address is on 120th Ave but you can't see it from there it's on a back street so it's hard to find."
