"I made reservations for a non-smoking room and got a smoking room that reeked.
Was Charged $34.00 for a five minute phone call.
The workout room was a joke.
Maintenance had to come fix the toilet.
It sounded like a Holiday Inn with all the doors slamming shut up and down the hallway.
Will never stay a a westin again."
